facts: In 1995 Wilbert Plijnaar was abducted by Warner Bros Feature Animation and lives in Los Angeles ever since. During the past years he did visual designs and storyboards for numerous feature films, including Quest for Camelot, Osmosis Jones (Warner Bros), Jimmy Neutron - Boy Genius (Paramount/Nickelodeon), Shrek II and Over the Hedge (Dreamworks), Curious George (Universal) and Ice Age, Robots, and Ice Age 2 - the meltdown for 20th Century Fox/Blue Sky. In addition Wilbert has been successful in the field of advertising. For Comic House he directed a string of commercials, which have won awards at, amongst others, the New York Animation Festivals. Wilbert is currently a member of Walt Disney's Animation Studio in Burbank where he is contributing to a variety of upcoming productions.
